You BET! VA residents who then have a central “residence” in DC... which is NOT in VA, as everyone knows. DC was carved out of MARYLAND.
Suing for the delivery of ballots to be delivered VA electoral boards/precincts to the “offices” of VA residents for their 2ND VOTE! yes. And IF THE USPS was to deliver these ballots in this way they would be violating STATE of VIRGINIA And.... FEDERAL LAW doing so. UNIONS at work!
The Bee was my first thought too. And like you say, hilarious if the Dems’ mail in ballot schemes were stymied by the incompetence of the Federal PO.
