OSHA non reporting

Are adverse reactions to the COVID-19 vaccine recordable on the OSHA recordkeeping log? DOL and OSHA, as well as other federal agencies, are working diligently to encourage COVID-19 vaccinations. OSHA does not wish to have any appearance of discouraging workers from receiving COVID-19 vaccination, and also does not wish to disincentivize employers' vaccination efforts. As a result, OSHA will not enforce 29 CFR 1904's recording requirements to require any employers to record worker side effects from COVID-19 vaccination at least through May 2022. We will reevaluate the agency’s position at that time to determine the best course of action moving forward.
OSHA has now become an enemy of the people.

If we had an opposition party they would be shutting down the government over these outrageous Constitutional violations. The GOP has that power. Are they using it? Nope.
In high school I hated the book 1984. Now I hate it because it looks like Biden is using it as a script.

This sounds like an administrative rule that is now being “waived” without the official “wavier”. Can this be done? Is there a law (not CFR) that requires reporting?

It seems to me that 29 U.S. Code § 657 - Inspections, investigations, and recordkeeping would be the primary law (not CFR) that would seem to REQUIRE such record keeping????

That’s just it. They do not have ANY power.
The only branch of government which has ANY power is the executive branch... because that is the branch which controls the military.
Our military has already disclosed to the public it’s unwillingness to intervene in stolen elections.
The Trojan horse was brought through the gates under Obama’s watch.
Trump did nothing to remove it.
Now we are overrun, and we are walking around talking about elections.
The GOP is very much like Q at this point.
The only service they provide is to our enemy, giving false hope to the masses as they destroy us from within with biological weapons... and now starvation looks like.
We need a new underground economy where fedgov agencies don’t even have any record of the underground businesses.
Why have reporting to OSHA at all?
Perhaps only because it is an unelected body of regulators essentially reporting to, and controlled by a president such as Biden.
There does not seem to be much the political party in opposition can do to influence any agency under Biden's control, even when he and his handlers have a clear anti-MAGA agenda.

Most government agencies are now.
On its face this sounds like a huge conflict of interest to the public safety and thus ILLEGAL. Like so many other things these days.
