This sounds like an administrative rule that is now being “waived” without the official “wavier”. Can this be done? Is there a law (not CFR) that requires reporting?

It seems to me that 29 U.S. Code ยง 657 - Inspections, investigations, and recordkeeping would be the primary law (not CFR) that would seem to REQUIRE such record keeping????
