Federal Judge Mark T. Pittman, who was appointed by President Donald Trump, has issued a temporary restraining order against United Airlines over its vaccine mandate.
The order came on Wednesday and it stops United Airlines from imposing its vaccine mandate on employees, Breitbart News reported.

federal judge on Wednesday held top officials at the Washington, D.C., Department of Corrections in civil contempt, after ruling they violated the civil rights of a U.S. Capitol riot defendant by impeding his access to medical care.
“It is more than just inept and bureaucratic shuffling of papers,” U.S. District Judge Royce Lamberth said.
“I find that the civil rights of the defendant have been abridged. I don’t know if it’s because he is a Jan. 6 defendant or not, but I find that this matter should be referred to the attorney general of the United States ... for a civil rights investigation.”
Lamberth’s verbal and written order came during a court hearing on Wednesday, after the judge previously threatened to hold District of Columbia Department of Corrections Director Quincy Booth and Warden Wanda Patten in contempt for failing to turn over notes from a doctor for defendant Christopher Worrell.”

One month after the Biden administration announced a draconian federal vaccine mandate that impacted an estimated 100 million Americans and led to mass firings of public servants, teachers, and medical workers, the federal regulation still has not been formally issued.
The Federalist reported . . in a post on Thursday that noted, “Joe Biden’s Vaccine Mandate Doesn’t Exist. It’s Just A Press Release”:
Biden’s so-called vaccine mandate doesn’t exist — at least, not yet. So far, all we have is his press conference. No such rule even claiming to be legally binding has been issued yet.
That’s why nearly two dozen Republican attorneys general who have publicly voiced their opposition to the clearly unconstitutional and illegal mandate haven’t yet filed suit against it, the Office of the Indiana Attorney General confirmed for me. There is no mandate to haul into court. And that may be part of the plan.
According to several sources, so far it appears no such mandate has been sent to the White House’s Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs yet for approval. The White House, the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), and the Department of Labor haven’t released any official guidance for the alleged mandate.
There is no executive order. There’s nothing but press statements.
Despite what you may have been . . . led to believe by the media, . . . press releases/statements have exactly zero legal authority.
“There is nothing there yet that gives employers any mandate,” Stephanie McFarland, spokeswoman for the Indiana Occupational Safety and Health Administration, told The Federalist’s Joy Pullman on Oct. 6. “The president made an announcement on this asking OSHA to do it, but we’ve not yet seen anything come from it yet,”. When the state agency gets any further information, she said, they’ll review it.”

thanks, yeah lawyers need to be taking cases of forced vaccinations to court because there is no law that demands people be vaccinated, nor even a mandate

I know that the pharmaceutical companies are shielded from liability but wonder if a private employer like this could be held liable for damages since they are mandating it’s use.
The problem is that they have OSHA gang working on this and it may be formally issued as a regulation by then end of the month.
It’s still wrong, whether in the form of a presidential threat or an actual regulation. We’ve got to deal with the substance of it.
United Airlines, like the other airlines, is committing stock fraud. They want to affect a layoff but don't want to officially announce it because of their contractual obligations and stock value. The SEC and the Department of Labor need to be held to task over these situations.
Yeah once I becomes Osha, that’s it, there’s little likelihood it will ever be undone, the left will scream everytime a republican tries to undo it, claiming that gop wants 5o endanger people, and the gop will cower and apologize for trying
