This is why Joe Biden’s staffers mute his speeches or turn off the tv when he’s speaking.
Joe Biden delivered remarks before signing proclamations to restore national parks and monuments Friday afternoon.
Biden coughed as he attacked Trump and struggled to read his teleprompter.
At one point Joe Biden veered off script and that’s when things went south.
Biden recalled a bizarre story about a little girl with a teddy bear he encountered when he was on the campaign stump.
“I gotta tell you a quick story,” Biden said with a smug look on his face. “When I was running for office, I’m embarrassed I can’t remember exactly which state I was in, but a gentleman and I think it was his wife and a little girl who said ‘could I talk to you?’ – And she had this… it looked like a teddy bear and she said ‘could I talk to you?’ – She wasn’t sure what to call me since I wasn’t elected yet.”

I don’t think he is anything other than a Used car salesman with some kind of advanced brain degeneration.
I am really not sure who the ultimate puppet master is, but I see some interesting parallels between Biden and his Doctor/wife, and Ozzy Osborne and his wife/handler.
(although Ozzy has a lot more going on upstairs I think)
