WATCH: Police Officer Threatens To ARREST Man For Wearing MAGA Hat — ‘Take It Off Or Go To Jail!’

A video on TikTok and Twitter has gone viral, showing a man about to be arrested for the great crime of wearing a Make America Great Again hat.
In the video, an unidentified man is told by a police officer that if he continues to wear a MAGA hat, he would be arrested and finger printed.
The man then asked if he would be arrested for wearing his MAGA hat, to which the police officer swiftly replied, “yes.”
What kind of insanity are we living under now? Have we turned in to Communist China? How is there any justification for a man being threatened with arrest for simply wearing a hat supporting a former President? The man appeared to be simply expressing his right under the First Amendment to make symbolic statements.
But this is Biden’s America.

Absent context, this is meaningless. For example, if it is happening within the restricted area at a polling location, the cop is right. But we don't know because there is absolutely zero context provided.
Honestly, this kind of thing aggravates the hell out of me. I think us conservatives are right. So why the hell do we so frequently resort to crappy arguments and misleading posts to try to prove our points?? All that does is discredit us.
The facts and truth are on our side. There's no reason to manufacture crap just to make us look "more right".

Even if a polling place MAGA does not support any particular party except in our minds. One time I had to take off my "Impeach Clinton" pin even though Clinton wasn't in that particular election.
Not really worth fighting over even if stupid and wrong.

That may be correct, and in many states you cannot wear campaign slogans inside the polling place. It is considered electioneering and usually can only take place 100 feet from the entrance.

I would have said “GAME ON! DO IT! I DARE you to.”Unless the officer actually arrested the guy for hat-wearing, the officer could always later say, "Oops, I misspoke, sorry." Instead, the MAGA guy should have told the officer, "This is America, not North Korea, so you can't arrest me for hat-wearing. Have a great day, officer!"
