I support the right of anyone to get vaccinated or not. I support free speech and free thought. However...
Though I was not looking, in less than one day I have seen THREE posts by non-noob Freepers who are fully supporting Orwellian Australian tactics, and/or gleefully wishing death on those Freepers who have chosen to wait on the vaccine or chosen therapeutics, etc.
If this was twitter, I would not be so distressed and surprised. But this is Free Republic where the main page Front center headline is:

Do these posts really represent Free republic? God, Family, Country?
Are there no lines that Freepers should not cross??

I have a family member who has put Montana on their radar as a place to job seek because they are very uncertain as to how long they will have a job in health care in Blue state :(
I don’t know if Biden can mandate priority for hospital beds—not sure it can be done legally by anyone...I mean where does it stop? Person has skin cancer, too much sun? Person has lung cancer, too much smoking? Where it ends is rationing...
And Freepers here had better figure it out that it may start with unvaxxed being refused care, but it will expand to other conditions...That is the way tyranny rolls.
And no doubt, the mandates will create more chaos in terms of health care availability.

I think that is a big part of the problem, paid or not, I believe there are many people on here that are hard-core democrats actually posting completely stupid things in order to sew division as well as make R’s look stupid - its working; I come by here and participate less than I would like - have resorted to ‘mostly’ just reading the links without viewing the comments - especially on almost anything to do with covid vaccine. I believe the vaccine ‘debate’ is destroying the once venerable FR, and it may not recover
