Crossed a Line.
What is going on here?
I support the right of anyone to get vaccinated or not. I support free speech and free thought. However...
Though I was not looking, in less than one day I have seen THREE posts by non-noob Freepers who are fully supporting Orwellian Australian tactics, and/or gleefully wishing death on those Freepers who have chosen to wait on the vaccine or chosen therapeutics, etc.
If this was twitter, I would not be so distressed and surprised. But this is Free Republic where the main page Front center headline is:
Welcome to Free Republic! Conservatives for God, Family, Country! Est. 1996
Do these posts really represent Free republic? God, Family, Country?
Are there no lines that Freepers should not cross??
At the very least, these people should be called out.
Or, you could get a life.
Its pretty darn easy to copy those comments and post them here. So what are you waiting for, this is your personal posting so DO IT!
Probably the Bush / Romney / McCain lovers
there are several leftist infiltrators on FR these days. wicked people
well who was the poster that wished death upon another freeper? at least link to the actual thread and i can look for myself.
I just did a search on your history.
Oh my, doom is impending.
WORTHY OF ZOTHOOD
Yes, surely, thanks for playing.
So... your example of posters being paid to voice opinions you don't like?
Just one example. A small one. A micro-example.
Anything.
I have family members in same boat regardubg career choices...And I have family that took the jab and family members who took the jab and blame me personally for full ICUs...I am really tired of it.
What I encountered in past 12 hours were supposed Freepers who either approve of vaccine squads, or will laugh at death of non vaccinated—just evil vileness...
‘...and apparently can’t fix nasty. ‘
FreeRepublic is a melting pot of conservatives. That’s what makes us FREE, although Jim Robinson probably didn’t intend it to be so in fruition.
What’s interesting is the ‘nasty’ part. We are an angry folk, passive aggressive, eating our own Freepers because we don’t like someone’s views across the board.
I am looking for my Flame suit. I’ve gained weight since last time I donned it.
People used to sacrifice their children to the demon/god Moloch. Now they’re sacrificing their children to the god of cruises and vacations. (But it’s so worth it!)
Can’t fix selfish. Apparently.
It doesn’t take long.
And I have a great life, thank you very much.
A lot of freepers are like snapping turtles who just cannot let go.
I remember an old cartoon showing an old guy sitting at his computer. He wife is nagging him to go to bed. He says he cannot until he wins an argument with a stranger on the internet.
There are way, way too many people on the internet these days with that mindset.
All you need to do is look at my posting history and back track...
My point tho is that I suspect this attitude is more common than just 2 or 3...
“Inquiring minds can find my posts to them...I don’t mince words...”
None found in your recent posts.

FINE...
2AProtectTheRest
I hear he got zotted too.
Pharma shills and local mealy-minded fascisti are everywhere. Why would the FreeRepublic be different? Remember how everyone who opposed the Patriot Act or Desert Storm was deemed a traitor by the cadre of freeper armchair warriors? Nothing new here.
No don’t you call squirrel on this thread...You have been here long enough to figure it out...Go look.
It is not about my posting the comments...
It is about the fact that ANYONE thinks this is OK...
i found it myself- no surprise.
I think you’re right, and have wondered about that myself.
excellent post!
“2AProtectTheRest I hear he got zotted too.”
He’s gone ... really? What a piece of work he/she was.
