It’s really no secret that Fox News today is nowhere near the Fox News of 2016.
Once Roger Ailes left, the whole thing went to hell in a hand-basket.
But the worst thing that happened, was adding that snake, Paul Ryan to the Fox board.
I don’t think they could have found a more anti-America First globalist if they tried.
And now, Matt Gaetz, who recently launched a new podcast, announced who was behind the firing of popular Fox host Lou Dobbs.
Bizpaceview reported on what Gaetz said:
“One of my favorite shows on the Fox platform was ‘Lou Dobbs Tonight.’ Sweet, sweet Lou, like America’s angry uncle, politically incorrect sometimes, red in the face and usually right about stuff,” Gaetz continued.
He then played a montage of Dobbs relentlessly bashing Ryan as a “RINO.”
“Now that Paul Ryan has concentrated power at Fox News, Lou Dobbs is no longer on air. He can’t guide the populist right away from the invade everywhere, invite everyone version of Republicanism that sells out to K Street and abandons Main Street,” the congressman then said.
Dobbs was ousted in February a day after the election systems company Smartmatic filed a pre-planned $2.7 billion lawsuit against Fox Corp. that named Dobbs as one of several hosts who’d allegedly “irreparably harmed” its reputation by accusing it of committing election fraud.
In a statement, a spokesperson claimed at the time that the discussions over ending the Fox Business Network host’s show had preceded the suit.
“As we said in October, Fox News Media regularly considers programming changes and plans have been in place to launch new formats as appropriate post-election, including on Fox Business. This is part of those planned changes. A new 5 p.m. program will be announced in the near future,” the spokesperson reportedly said.
Nobody really believed them then, and neither goes Gaetz.
“Paul Ryan never used his considerable power as speaker for Trump’s wall or other key immigration reforms, but he was able to use his power at Fox News to cancel the great Lou Dobbs,” he said, concluding the part of the podcast about Ryan.
You can listen below (comments start at the 19:25 mark):
Fox News has shown time and time again that they’re not our friend. As a matter of fact, they’re much more dangerous and hurtful to our cause than CNN or MSNBC combined.
There is NOTHING lower than paul ryan! NOTHING!
I suppose you figured hannity out, like I did some years back. Yeah... I used to think he was alright. NOW! I wouldn’t loan him a penny AND I don’t care what he has to say!
That is why it was SO EASY for me to decide between Trump and cruz. His wife was so thick with the globalist bankers and their plan for erasing the Constitution in favor of some tyrannical creation combining canada and mexico.
It was the equivalent to “rigged” boxing matches. The outcome was NEVER in doubt, just part of the plan. I didn’t vote for mccain. I didn’t vote for romney. I don’t go to the casinos and I don’t play 3-card monty. ALL for the same reason, I don’t like being cheated.
Bttt
it was Neil Cavuto-he hated Trump-he is Senior Vice President, Anchor and Managing Editor of Business News for both FOX News Channel (FNC) and FOX Business Network (FBN).
Here is his emaiL
I switched to Newsmax on Election Day and NEVER looked back although Tucker is fabulous but I try to find him elsewhere not giving Fox ONE RATING!! Fox was on my TV 24/7 through all the reruns everyday so they had the ratings SCREW THEM!! Newsmax is great don’t miss Fox at all, also dumped Amazon and I was an Amazon addict spent THOUSANDS there NEVER looked back SCREW THEM!!!
Come on.....STUPID WOMEN and WEAK MEN GAVE US BIDEN!!
FNC was always the controlled opposition.
Deep State’s just po’d that it burned its last, best enemedia asset fer nuttin.
Ill say it again I blame the GOP for the ouster of trump and the protection of the criminal class
I still love Fox with every fiber of my being. After all, it’s conservative!
#10 = +1000
Fox news gave us Joe Biden??? Seriously?? They were one of the most pro-Trump networks out there. Do you honestly think that them calling AZ early gave the Presidency to Trump?
(Disclosure: I voted for Trump twice)
Tucker Carlson (and the prime time line up) is the only thing keeping Fox News from becoming totally irrelevant and behind CNN/MSNBC in the ratings.
I’ll watch Tucker along with Laura Ingraham and Gutfeld, but I never watch their daytime news coverage. Fox News news division today isn’t much different than CNN’s was in the 2000s.

Excellent description of Lou Dobbs.
Dobbs was the only thing watched any more on Fox when I turned it off completely, and Steve Hilton now and then on weekends, a couple of days a week I’d listen to the morning guys at about 3 or 4am over my cup of black stuff..
Otherwise, Fox was off not long after Roger Ailes died, it went to hell in a handbasket in no time. I’d say it took no more than 3 - 4 months and I was gone except for Lou, Hilton and occasional morning crew. Then when they took on Paul Ryan and Donna Brezile...I switched fox off altogether and watched Lou Dobbs only.
Wasn’t hard getting away from Hannity at all, or Tucker, never did like seeing him laugh in his guests faces. That’s just rude. So I guess now Lou Doobbs is the only one I really miss...he was really good...
OMG Pollard you are AWSOME thank you so much I love Tucker but NOT FOX!!!
I’ve been catching it live lately. I go to youtube about half hour into the show, search for Tucker Carlson and then use the filter to show Live. Being half an hour late, I can scroll past commercials when they come.
That bitchute channel usually has the show uploaded by 10-11pm the same night but sometimes I catch them the next day.
