Horowitz: The FDA’s indefensible approval of the Pfizer shot
The Blaze ^ | August 23, 2021 | Daniel Horowitz

Posted on 08/23/2021 5:57:24 PM PDT by CheshireTheCat

Jesse Jackson and his wife are the latest victims of our government's refusal to focus on early treatment. After having been fully vaccinated, they are the latest high-profile people to be hospitalized with the virus.

Based on the government's own narrative, there is now nowhere for the lockdown/mask/shot cartel to run or hide from their failure nor their continued denial of the efficacy of prior natural immunity and early treatment for those without prior infection. Even for those vaccinated, the safest and most effective way forward is to test for prior immunity and treat pre-emptively or early those who have not yet been infected. Anything else will result in a growing death toll, endless life-altering side effects from the vaccine, an erosion of human rights, and the crushing of our economy and way of life.

The narrative of "the pandemic of the unvaccinated" collapsed quickly. As I predicted, not only did the data show the vaccine barely worked to stop infection, but the protection against critical illness wanes over time and might even induce a form of antibody-mediated viral enhancement, which continuously makes the virus worse. Thus, the more we push boosters, the more we suffer viral enhancement, waning antibodies, and the massive risk of side effects accompanying each shot.

In a CDC briefing from Aug. 18, director Rochelle Walensky let the cat out of the bag — that not only does the protection wear off, but it might enhance the disease.....

The FDA's industry guidance for EUA status (p.13) requires a 50% threshold of efficacy to even get emergency use authorization, much less full approval! With our government admitting it is now below this threshold and waning with every day and every new variant, how can full approval be justified, particularly of the Pfizer shot?.....

The is a pretty interesting-sounding podcast to be found further down in this article.

I haven't given it a listen yet.

The FDA itself is indefensible.

The utterly unconstitutional FDA whose existence has NO constitutional authorization has invalidly and illegally “authorized” untested and unsafe COVID political vaccinations.

It’s never about justification. It’s always about politics and control.

This is the same Daniel Horowitz who claimed all last year the Covid is no more deadly than the flu.

https://www.theblaze.com/op-ed/horowitz-did-who-official-just-admit-that-covid-19-death-rate-is-similar-to-that-of-the-flu

So why is he worried about whether the vaccines work? Work against what, a harmless virus, which is what he said last year?
LOL GFY Daniel Horowitz

Why am I just hearing about Jesse Jackson and his family. I bet if Trump were in office, this would show how racist his vaccine is.

So why is he worried about whether the vaccines work?

Maybe because there are so many adverse reactions?

The "cure" appears to be worse than the disease.

I read in another article that while Jesse was vaccinated, his wife was not.

CDC Director Rochelle Walensky: Additionally, reports from our international colleagues, including Israel, suggest increased risk of severe disease amongst those vaccinated early. Given evidence, we are concerned that the current strong protection against severe infection, hospitalization and death could decrease in the months ahead. Especially among those who are at higher risk or who were vaccinated earlier during the phases of our vaccination rollout.

There are two different ways to interpret this, thanks to the ambiguities of language. The first is that those vaccinated early have an increased risk of severe disease relative to those not vaccinated. The second is that they have increased risk relative to the more recently vaccinated, because the early vaccinated have begun to lose the immune boost from the vaccine.

I believe Walensky intends the second meaning, although whether she is correct in that will be revealed by events.

It’s best not to believe anything COVID related on the internet.

This is the same Daniel Horowitz who claimed all last year the Covid is no more deadly than the flu.

I'm on day 14 of my covid infection. I had mild symptoms for over 10 days, but it has been the mildest flu I have ever had. Same for my wife. So maybe he is right.

You need reading comprehension lessons.

He’s not so concerned with whether they work or not, although since it’s becoming apparent they don’t, I can see why people object to them since they are pushed as being effective.

The concern is the damage it does to the immune system that enables it to mount an out of control reaction to a normally harmless virus that wouldn’t be such an issue if it were working correctly.

FWIW, Covid is no more deadly than the flu.

What is deadly is not treating people, waiting until they are critical to hospitalize them, and then venting them. Along with deliberately infecting the most vulnerable by forcing nursing homes to take actively sick patients.

He was right.

Add to that that I have high blood pressure, cardio vascular disease, I’m obese and over 60. So I was lead to believe covid is a death sentence me. The flu does not live up to the hype. It also swept through over a half dozen of my immediate family at this same time. Everyone survived it. Also note that our doctors and every healthcare person I have been in contact with would not give us the time of day other then to say go home until you are bad enough to go to the emergency room. It’s almost like they want people to get as sick as possible, then load up the hospitals.

So what we seem to know from other countries’ experiences is that the Pfizer vaccine wanes pretty quickly, dropping to apx 40% efficacy 10 weeks post vaccination. This was known before the EUAs, and one of the reasons why they made it a 2-shot regimen is because early data showed it waned quickly by the 5th week after the first dose (another reason may be because it was made intentionally weak given the poor history of mRNA vaccines - while many fear the long term consequences (which is reasonable, we just don’t know) I suggest everyone overlooked the short term ineffectiveness of these vaccines).

The other two vaccines seem to hold up better, but for how long? We don’t have much data. They don’t want to be very forthcoming about it. But it doesn’t take much to deduce it. They made it a 2-shot and they have talked about boosters the entire time, ergo they had to know these vaccines would fail to confer broad and lasting immunity.

Reverend Jackson and his wife were vaccinated in January. They are way past the “expiration date”. Assuming the vaccines are safe and effective with multiple doses, they should have had a 3rd jab months ago. But also factor in age and underlying conditions. It’s well known that vaccines in general are less effective in the elderly.

All the more reason to put shame on the FDA/CDC/NIH for putting their thumb on, and fighting against, research for re-purposing existing drugs for the purpose of fighting covid post infection. Vaccines are too late for anyone with an active infection; and apparently too weak for anyone who took it early or may be the unfortunate 40%-60% of elderly people for whom they were destined to be ineffective. And shame on them all for not being 100% straightforward about all of this.

Over 60 is a fairly arbitrary number. Don’t hold me to this exact number but I believe the median age of covid related death is around 78. That happens to be the median age of all cause mortality in the USA too. Give or take 1 or 2 years I believe I am correct.

I do think obesity and more specifically diabetes is a major factor. But age is also, imo, a major factor. Nothing is exclusive of course.

Everything is corrupt everything our government gets its hand around is corrupt. This is to provide Cheating Beijing Joe a narrative to take the Afghan debacle off the front pages. I’m noticing not too many articles are coming out about Afghan travesty.

Obviously, he's worried about the side effects.
