Its NBC’s own fault. Instead of burying or ignoring Megan Rapinoe, they highlight her. 99% of the American Olympic athletes appeared to be thrilled to represent their country. But what they show us is the ungrateful hag.

I’m not getting any surveys about how biden is doing, but I am getting a lot of surveys about why i’m not watching the olympics and why i’m not getting the vaccine. This is too ridiculous.

One thing that has to be taken into consideration is that Tokyo is 13 hrs ahead as opposed to Rio. Also, the coverage was terrible and very edited.
That being said, it couldn't have happened to a better bunch at NBC/MSNBC/Comcast.

It makes me wonder what NBC is going to do in 6 months with the Beijing Olympics if things in the next 6 months go in the s***ter between China and the US (or the rest of the world). What if China invades Taiwan? What if ANOTHER virus comes flying outta China? Any number of things can happen.
The folks at NBC are probably sweating bullets since they KNOW things could go south at any moment between the US and China. AND...they’ve already signed contracts to broadcast the Olympics to US audiences through 2032.
