Here are the 2 ways to post pics.

Put your pic’s name in place of the ???

Just close the front < bracket space in both, and adjust the width and height numbers in the 2nd one, if you use it:

< img src=”???”>
< img src=”???” height=”500”width=”500” Border=”0”>

Adjusting either height or width resizes while preserving the aspect ratio.
