Restoring Trump may start with decertifying one "elected" 2020 U.S. Senator
Dr. Franklin | July 20, 2021 | Dr. Franklin

Posted on 07/20/2021 4:51:15 AM PDT by Dr. Franklin

Challenges to the presidential electors for GA, MI, NV, and WI all failed when the House members making the objections failed to gain the support of a single U.S. Senator. Together these states comprised 48 EV, which was more than enough to flip the election result. But what if a duly elected U.S. Senator was unable to participate in that process because a fraudulent pretender was wrongfully certified in his/her place? Would that make the entire Jan. 6-7th certification of Joe and Ho's "victory" null and void in either a quo warranto action, or reopening of that certification by Congress?

This would be either a state official decertifying the election, a state judge making such a determination through a writ of quo warranto, (or a similar legal action even if not entitled as such), or a resolution of the state legislature.

Nothing in the Constitution allows states to recall U.S. Senators or Congressmen. You can try your Writ of Quo Warranto but I honestly don't think it works like you think it works.

Problem is that Trump “lost” AZ, GA and MI by far fewer votes than Kelly, Warlock and Peters “won” their respective Senate seats.

Each of the three mentioned, won with less than 100,000 vote margin. The total number of fraudulent votes exceeds 100,000 easily. The scale of cheating was massive. The biggest obstacle to proving this fraud are Republicans (the go-along to get-along party).

State attempts to reign in permanent Senators and Congresscritters via term limits and recall have been struck down by federal courts in the past. This will probably be viewed as judicially similar in nature. In regard to election fraud the best you can do is get a state (Forget federal with the new JustUs department) conviction on fraud and try and shame Congress into acting. It might also be “instructional” after the state conviction to file extradition papers to drag the critters ass home !

This whole “Restore Trump” idea is probably a Trojan Horse idea being floated around to try to make Conservatives look like fools. Let’s be clear that Trump has zero chance of becoming President until Jan 20, 2025. Our Founding Fathers were awesome to give is the Electoral College as a means to ensure that the chaos we often see happen in other political contests (such as State Governor) doesn’t happen with the Presidency. I hope that FR participants still stand by the Constitution, especially now as many powerful people work to bend it so badly. What we need to do is focus our efforts on ensuring that Elections have integrity and the National Debt stops growing & gets reduced.

Another point that needs to be made is that restoring Trump at this point, even if the GOP had the backbone to do the right thing, is not necessarily the best outcome for us.

Nearly a full year of his second term is already lost (it will take him 3-6 months minimum to put together a staff and get things back on track). Then through at least early 2023, he will be dealing with a hostile Congress that will block his every move and impede him as much as possible. While the Democrat majority is slim, there are still enough RINOs in the mix to form a solid anti-Trump majority within the Congress.

So at best, Trump will get two years in his second term in which to be effective.

Would be much better to leave this clown show in the White House for now and expose them for the cheats that they are. In the meantime, we must continue pressuring the states to conduct honest elections.

This should result in a MAGA tidal wave in 2022 and set the stage for a triumphant Trump return in 2024 in which he will have a full term with a much more supportive Congress.

The only downside here is that Trump will be nearing 80 years of age in 2024. He may decide to just retire from the scene and play some golf. Who could blame him?

Almost certainly since nothing in the Constitution supports it.

Agree...IMO, a state's action to recall a member of Congress would die in the SCOTUS.

Pipe dream.

The best you could do was question the officer’s legitimacy, and wound him politically.

Election fraud has been going on for years. There are no new resolutions.

I agree, this crazy talk makes us look like fools.

What is absurd, though, is the leftie crazy talk after Trump was elected led to investigations, impeachment and talk of collusion and illegitimacy even crazier, and the lefties didn't pay a price, instead they invigorated their base.

Yes because there was no punishment for dragging Trump into impeachment for fake collusion. So why not do it again. The russian collusion was fake and the report that shows it still hasn’t been released. It’s been a stall tactic and media help the whole time. The GOP has done nothing to bring the guilty to justice because they all have juice on each other.

You are right on the target. I agree, many people are oblivious to the working of the Dem/socialist/communist takeover of USA. I do believe they took over the major media outlets and have an agenda. WE NEED TO STOP the media. I do not know how, but unless the oblivions here the truth. The Dems win everything.

I think he has a chance if appointed Speaker after the midterms and Biden/Harris impeachment. That is a serious idea, he has said he isn’t interested but the pathway remains open nonetheless.

Yep - about time for another ‘news drop’ about John Durham’s report being dropped, and many many going to prison...

Agreed, however bitterly.

The rest is all ankle biting.

Win the elections, by beating the the cheaters if that's what it takes, which it will.
