State attempts to reign in permanent Senators and Congresscritters via term limits and recall have been struck down by federal courts in the past. This will probably be viewed as judicially similar in nature.

Almost certainly since nothing in the Constitution supports it.

Given your expertise in constitutional matters, I was wondering if you could possibly point out to me where in the constitution it creates a right to abortion and homosexual marriage?

I don't recall reading any of that in there.
