In regard to election fraud the best you can do is get a state (Forget federal with the new JustUs department) conviction on fraud and try and shame Congress into acting. It might also be “instructional” after the state conviction to file extradition papers to drag the critters ass home !

Clearly you missed the removal of Congress persons by quo warranto in the past. Fraud vitiates everything. Congress critters elected with UNLAWFUL elections have no Constitutional 'right' to their seats in Congress, and your fantasies don't accommodate this landscape. And yes, this is based on the probability that election fraud can, and has already been presented.
