Arizona Secretary of State Ken Bennett testified about the difficulties his team is facing finding serial numbers to ensure duplicate ballots were only counted once. “We found, I would have to say, thousands of duplicate ballots where those serial numbers are not on them. So it’s created great difficulty to try to match up a duplicated ballot to its duplicate.”
Senate President Karen Fann then asked: “If the corresponding numbers aren’t on there, how would you know if it was duplicated once or ten times?”

Unless, of course, you very high resolution digital machine vision images and sophisticated digital pattern matching software to compare ballots to search for and identify duplicates. Like what we saw in the Georgia presentation yesterday

No serial number equal fraudulent ballot. That should have been caught in the original recount.
Of course it's the Supreme Court "justices" themselves who are the shame.

None of this was supposed to be exposed. Like a mobster with cement overshoes, it was supposed to “sleep with the fishes”. But, something washed ashore, then, divers were sent to explore the wreak of the “Election of 2020”. What they found will change the narrative, to say the least.

And why they're eventually going to reveal and prove there was fraud in every direction they looked.

According to sworn testimony in front of the Arizona State Senate: 11,326 voters in Maricopa County were NOT on the voters rolls on 11/7/20 but WERE on the voter rolls on 12/4/20 AND were marked as VOTED in the November 3 election. The margin of “victory” in Arizona was 10,457 votes.
Obviously, because it was a vote from Biden, and all of those are votes straight from heaven!
Why would ballots ever NOT have a serial number?
They must be produced by a process. The process either includes marking each ballot with a unique serial number, or it doesn’t.
It is very definitely an invalid and almost certainly illegally counted vote.
That's what matters.
Here is the bottom line - more than enough illegally counted votes for Biden to throw the election to Trump and probably enough to overturn the Senate election results for Mark Kelly and a few House seats as well.
All without making accusations of fraud.
That will come in any follow on criminal investigation
Is there a law that says AZ ballots must have a serial number?
Won’t they just claim ballots were sent without them and too bad? Seems obvious if every ballot was supposed to have a serial and many didn’t that would have been found months ago. Someone clarify.
