Washington DC’s highest court suspended former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani’s law license on Wednesday.
The decision was made based on New York state’s decision to suspend his law license last month.
New York state claimed Rudy’s statements about the 2020 election deemed it necessary to suspend his license.
The left and the fake news media to this day routinely denies President Trump won the 2016 election. That’s OK. But you are not allowed to criticize basement Joe’s impossible and unlikely “win” in 2020.

Was there any process of law? Was Rudy allowed to present evidence or argue his case? This two tiered system of law can’t last forever.

This is a direct shot a the first amendment the way it is written. There has to be more than this to do what they did because if there isn’t anything to show direct illegal actions, it becomes an opinion and their act of taking action against a citizen for nothing but hearsay is a violation of ethics and is the exact same thing they claim Giuliani did. They both have opinions.

If what Rudy did warrants this penalty, then everyone in Congress and the media with a law license needs to be held to the same standard

How is this bad news for a man who needs to retire and enjoy life a bit? Do you think conservatism needs him (or even President Trump) when we have leaders like DeSantis and Col Allen West?
Only way I will pull for DeSantis is if he’s on the ticket with Trump in 24. Yes he’s a conservative leader but I want to have a better look at him up until then.
Not everyone plans their lives out based on how useful they will be to The Duke. Maybe Rudy is one of them.

Dismissing an injustice with the position that he doesn't matter anymore isn't ideal.
