Graydon Young, a 54-year-old from Florida who was charged in a 16-person conspiracy case related to the Capitol riot, will plead guilty Wednesday.
Young, a member of the Oath Keepers, was hit with 6 counts, including conspiracy and aiding and abetting the obstruction of the congressional proceeding, CNN reported.
He was also previously charged with document tampering after he deleted his Facebook account two days after January 6 – months before the feds interviewed him!
Federal prosecutors claim Young participated in the “stack” military formation of Oath Keepers that “cut through the crowd to move inside the Capitol.”

Seems almost like a fifth amendment thing. I wouldn’t be destroying anything like an official document. I’d be making a choice about what I wanted to tell the world about myself. I can’t do that?
There was no hold on it for crime reasons, so why hold it against him?

I don’t see it in this excerpt, but these sound like felonies. From my perspective, they were fully justified in going in and stopping the fraud. Heck, if I had been there I would have gone in as well. Given that they have been dropping charges against thousands of people for arson, looting, assault and destruction based on political agendas. I’d say anything and everything is justified at this point.

OK, "previously charged" I think that means the charge was dropped.
But what chutzpah for the feds to dream up that idiocy. Overcharge, and take what you get, I suppose.
It is not going to stop until those who oppose them are in the camps. Then the slaughter will begin.
If a moderator deletes an account or even a post, can that also be considered ‘document tampering’?

If the government wants to throw you in jail, they will find a way. They have made deleting a facebook account a crime, and now EVERYTHING is a crime.
There is no more law. It’s all political harassment.

If you are photographing the day and run out of room so you delete some photos/video to shoot more photos/video is that document tampering?
2022 is not going to be any better.
