This article says that some old guy got an mRna injection, later went to the hospital to see a gas_dr. While he was there he was exposed to Covid, and although he appeared asymptomatic when he died, he was infected with covid according to a low cycle pcr test.
the only thing shocking here is that this is the first postmortem study of an injected person

His organs tested positive for SARS-CoV2, not “spike protein”. The spike protein alone (as produced by cells exposed to the mRNA vaccines) do NOT produce a positive PCR test. It also said he tested positive for SARS-CoV2 at a LOW CYCLE THRESHOLD (15), meaning a high viral load and not a false positive.
