OK, maybe not exactly the most substantive post you will read on Free Republic today. I'm sure humblegunner will weigh in at some point. I understand if you want to just pass it by. After all, I had a fender-bender with a gender-bender just yesterday. What can I say, it's been a rather bizarre weekend all around. But at least the temperature finally hit the low 90s here in Southern Connecticut so it finally feels like summer.

So I'm just sitting out on my shaded deck reading a copy of Outrage, Inc by Derek Hunter and listening to PRIME COUNTRY on SiriusXM.

I am looking at my bare feet and seeing that the gap between the big and second toe on my left foot resembles Lake Michigan. What else can I possibly add to this utterly nonsensical post?

My gap looks like the state of Floriduh.

They amputated my second toe on my right foot last September.

It had a mind of its own and kept trying lap over its adjoining big toe causing pain and balance problems while walking.

So they lopped it off.
