Pretty on the outside. I’d hate to see what the insides look like.
There’s nothing quite like coffee brewed through a rubber hose.
Covfefe. From the President Trump tweet “Despite the constant negative press covfefe.” . Before Google fixed it’s translator the Arabic sound Cov fe’ fe came out as “ I will stand up” when translated into English. When “I will stand up” is translated into Arabic it sounds like “ So f*** off” . Therefore the Tweet really meant “ Despite the negative press coverage I will stand up , so f*** off” .
There is an alternate meaning as well. Cov is short for coverage. Fefe means ‘party’ or alternately “masturbation device”. So covefe is a Portmanteau meaning the coverage is a mutual masturbation party or in the context used “a circle jerk among Trump hating reporters”. The tweet therefore is the same as “Despite the constant negative press circle jerk coverage.
I actually have one of those, and the coffee/espresso/lattes it makes are wonderful. I just clean the brew unit every week or so (rinse under water) and do a deep cleaning every 6 months.
Are things refurbished ever furbished to begin with?
I hand-grind my beans in a 100 year old grinder and brew in a coffee maker I’ve kept working for 30 years. I’ve given up on the lattes, though I miss a good espresso.
What are the insides like? I am not a fan of rubber hose-pumps outgassing into hot liquids I drink.

Your coffee will be out of this world. Freshness is paramount. I NEVER drink two week old coffee (*spit*).
Speaking of Iron, Do you know what this is?
Irony?
It’s a Ferrous Wheel!

With six iron atoms on a carbon I’m guessing stainless steel?
Some kind of Iron rear axial?
See post #11
LOL ... I should have known better than to guess!
I thought it was a “six iron”.
I know I’m in the minority but I hate coffee.
My father didn’t drink it so it was never in the house. It’s an acquired taste to be sure. To me it’s just bitterness and aftertaste in a cup.
I kind of chuckle to myself when I think of the gyrations people go through to make it palatable.
👍
