It must be nice to have that sort of time on your hands.

I love some of the videos he puts out....

He was actually a real rocket scientist and left NASA to make YouTube Videos....

He’s got millions of subscribers and probably makes a very good living making videos...

He appears to be a brilliant guy who seems normal.

Awesome video. I love watching squirrels. I feed them their peanuts every morning. When I’m out (and sometimes the Publix is out). They just look at me like WTF dude!?

It’s always a fight between them, the crows, and the bluejays. They can fight off the crows, but not the bluejays.

Yet, every year, my yards become a rolling death trap of deliciously superior black walnut ball bearings, free for the taking...and I pray for the squirrels to come.

And mostly, they give it a hard pass.

Hilarious, clever and cute! Thank you for posting. Squirrels are scarily cunning.

Just for context, here is some information on his first attempt at this below. I started a thread on this a month or two ago, and those who come in here and have never seen Mark Rober's video on this and you find squirrels funny (or even if you dislike them and want to see them launched into the air) it is well worth watching! (You can probably tell just how hilarious I find this...his narration has me in stitches) I will watch this, but folks on the thread might find this interesting...

Just a word about Mark Rober-I believe this is what he does for a full time job now to support himself, and does quite well I understand. I hope I am wrong, but I got the impression he has some liberal squish in him from his comment about buying carbon credits when the former basketball player Shaq financed his trip on a private jet to the Bahamas for a piece he was doing about Shark Week) but...if he is, he doesn't rub it in your face, and besides...I wonder if that may have been a joke. Hard to tell.

Anyway, his first video about his Squirrel Obstacle Course has the following elements:

The Contestants

The Goal

The Bridge of Instability

The Maze of A Thousand Corridors

The Pitchfork Tumblers of Treachery

The Home Wrecker (a female stuffed squrrel in a bikini-stop to gape and you won't escape!)

The Slinky Bridge of Deception

The Tourist Trap (This doesn't do anything but automatically take a picture when they poke their head through to get the walnut!)

The Quad Steps of Great Elevation

The Orbital Assist Platform (AKA "The Final Countdown", AKA "It's not a Catapult-it's a Squirrelapult!" He also puts a little 3D hologram thing the displays a walnut that isn't there, just to see if any of them will spend more than three seconds trying to grab it before they go into orbit.

Well, you can watch to see if any of them defeat it!

My take on him exactly. I admire him. I think he is making a lot of money, and...provides real entertainment.

If you haven't seen it, I highly recommend you check out this one:

He should add a Squirrelinator to the mix to see if they can defeat that obstacle.

Oh, they’re taking some walnuts all right, to bring to my yard, and bury in the center of the shrubs, so that the weed trees are about three feet tall before I notice and have to deal with a formidable root system.
