The Supreme Court just dealt a blow to Joe Biden and gun-grabbing progressives everywhere with a unanimous decision on a touchy case.
In what was a busy Monday morning for the Supreme Court, it ruled in favor of a Rhoden Island man who said that his Fourth Amendment rights had been violated when police entered his home and seized his guns while not having a warrant, Forbes reported.

Thomas wrote the opinion.
Great to see it.
Deep State threw us a crumb.
I love it.
When biden was in the Senate, he was really rough on Clarence Thomas during his confirmation process.
Pay back and all that.
Take that Commie scum.
The decision:

Sagen sie mein herr....wo ist Rhoden Island?
Think about what a sorry state civil liberties are in right now that the Supreme Court must weigh in on a case where the government entered a man’s home without a warrant and took a constitutionally protected item.
If they can take your guns without a warrant, then they can take your Bible, your money....even your kids.
Solution: Don’t keep your guns in your house.
He dropped the ‘t’.

The fact the ruling was unanimous is encouraging.
It would be good if the court would reconsider Kelo (taking of private property by the state for private interests) and the issue of asset confiscation by authorities without due process.
I think they’ve taken kids and the IRS dies a fair job of taking your money.
Why not? I'm an American and it's my birthright. Besides, why TF would I not have my guns in my home, where I'm likely to need them most?
Which begs the question, where do you keep yours...with the jägermeister like they do in Europe?
That’s all right. Biden can put in 10 additional justices and abolish the Constitution.
This is going to put a dampener on so called “Red Flag” laws, hopefully.
Rhodos!
I hope so.
The facts of the case are that a guy threatened to shoot himself. At the request of his wife the police entered his house, seized his guns, and refused to return them.
There was no law in Rhode Island allowing them to do so, which is why the full court agreed it was illegal. The open question is if there was a legal framework in place, would the courts uphold that.
I watched that hearing, and cheered when Thomas declared it a “high tech lynching”!
It certainly was, and showed exactly how the Demonrat party defends its pre and post Civil War tradition of (as the parents of my childhood friend from Louisiana put it) “keeping black-folk in their place”!”.
This is not a win folks. Scotus is very worried about state nullification of ALL federal gun laws and we need to stay that course and quit bringing these cases to federal court. The federal government has zero authority on second amendment issues. The illusion here is this decision really has nothing to do with 2nd amendment but that does not matter. It’s the perception that matters and this decision will harm support for the real solution and that is state nullification. Pro 2nd groups will be led to believe they can win in scotus, they can’t. State nullification is the answer.
