The world’s preeminent social media site, Facebook, has made its decision on whether to allow Donald Trump back on its platform.
The answer came on Wednesday when the site’s Oversight Board ruled that Trump will stay banned from the platform.
Access to Facebook is seen by many as crucial to Trump’s chances of victory if he decides to campaign for president in 2024.

IIRC he used some legal maneuver to force native Hawaiians to sell land that had been in their families for generations so he could have a buffer zone between him and the proles.

Yes, being un-banned doesn’t mean he has any interest in returning. If he’s not coming back, Facebook can signal their superiority with “he can’t come back, we won’t let him.”
My theory: if they do reinstate, that’s tacit admission of guilt over improper banning - giving him grounds to sue for libel.
Today should be the day that Facebook suffers the most account closures in its history.
