A bizarre photo of the Bidens and the Carters hit the internet yesterday and it has literally sparked a massive amount of buzz, outrage, and conspiracy theories. When I saw it, I was totally perplexed.
Jill and Joe look like 14-foot giants. I thought surely the photo was fake. There’s no way the scale of the people in the photo could be this off, regardless of how “tiny” Jimmy and Rosylm Carter are in real life. It was just too off.
So, I thought I was looking at a funny “meme.”Boy, was I wrong…The official “Jimmy Carter” Twitter account actually tweeted out the photo, confirming that the Bidens did meet up with the Carters during their visit to Georgia.

It’s frightening that Jimma is more lucid than demented Joe.
I suspect Carter is more cognizant of where he is than Joe seems to be these days.
Of course, nobody can mobilize truinanashabadepresure like ole Joe.
I think they’re now like the Soviets - they don’t even care if it looks real.

I stood right next to Joe Biden at the 4th of July parade in NH the year before Obama was elected. Biden is SMALLER than me by a couple inches and 25 pounds. At the time, I would have put him around 160 pounds. My point is he is not a big guy.
Over the years I have met, shook hands with a lot of candidates running for president: both Bush’s, Romney, Biden, Dole, McCain, Kerry, Tulsi, Richardson, Liberman, Ted Kennedy and several more I can not remember.
Some random recollections: Bob Dole was a lot smaller in person than he looks on TV. GW Bush is bigger in person than he looks on TV. Joe Liberman was in great shape for a guy his age. He also has a huge head. Like Elmer Fudd.
Tulsi looks much better on TV than in person. She has bad skin and a big butt.
Ted Kennedy looked like a big fat slob in person. I saw him at a marina/bar in Tortolla(BVI), not NH.

I don’t know, the camera distorts things sometimes.
I took my friend’s mom chair shopping once, she was very tiny. At one point she sat in a Lazy Boy “Grand Canyon” recliner. She instantly went from looking like a grown woman (if tiny and old) to seeming to be a funny little old lady doll some child had plopped in the chair. It was very striking and I’ve never forgotten it.

Carter created inflation, all of which now inhabits Bidens.
That’s a really low bar, and was obvious before Nov. 3 to anyone paying attention.
Would a wide angle lens change only the people (Mrs and Mr biden) towards the outside edges of the picture, and not the the sides of the chairs immediately next to them?
