I had a very similar tagline for a while (including BATFE, IIRC). Now, I believe that SCOUTS should be included.
I think both the FBI and DOJ should have their budgets cut by 20% a year.
That would give the congress 5 years to decide whether, and if so how, to replace them.
It would be more in keeping with the intentions of the founders, I believe, to dramatically reduce the federal tax burden so that each state would be able to raise funds sufficient to manage their own crime problems.
