Video emerged of Kamala Harris recently speaking about the problems parents face when their schools are closed but they can't afford childcare. This is a serious issue with massive repercussions for children's development and for working mothers. So what did Kamala do? She cracked herself up, laughing so hard she could barely get the words out. What the heck is going on with that woman?

If you look up "inappropriate laughter," a few things pop up. It turns out that it can be a nervous system disorder called Pseudobulbar affect (AKA emotional incontinence)....In other words, in addition to a president sliding into dementia, we could have a vice president with a neurological disorder....
It's doubtful Harris suffers from any of the above problems. (Although wouldn't it be a kick in the pants if she did?) Additionally, she doesn't laugh at completely random times. She laughs when she's nervous, and there's even a name for what Harris does: nervous laughter....
The question, then, is what's making Harris nervous when she (a) glosses over willingly campaigning with someone she accused of sexual assault, or (b) jokes about killing the president, or (c) laughs at the suffering working parents experience when their children cannot go to school? My guess is that the laughter came about for the following reasons: (a) acknowledging that she has no moral compass and was caught in a lie; (b) knowing she violated a social and legal taboo; and (c) knowing that her administration policies not only aren't helping, but also are making it worse.
That is, in every case, Kamala laughs because she's doing something even she knows is bad and wrong. I guess it shows she has some semblance of a conscience and therefore isn't a true sociopath....

I agree with this. She launched her career in Willie Brown’s bed, and no doubt used her “coquettish” laugh wooing this older, powerful (married) man. She has never matured past that stage.

Don’t even try to blame her psychosis on a medical condition. One of the ways to justify evil is to pretend that the person is a victim. BS. The woman is evil and is cracking up more with each corpse that piles up due to her policies.
It’s a tell, when people lie especially when they aren’t any good at it, they give off a sign they are lying...
Kamala Harris giggles and laughs when she’s lying...trying to cover up her ignorance and she spews a bunch of BS..
I consider her laugh to be her way of “bleep you, pathetic little person.” She is an arrogant evil woman.
I call her Giggles the Clown.
Maybe we can get Dr Bandy Lee’s opinion. too. She remotely diagnosed President Trump.
Or it could be that she is in totally over her head, doesn't have a clue how to respond, and therefore just laughs. I know she got a law degree, but I really don't think she's very intelligent. I mean she had to sleep her way to the top...

Hard to say which is more trying. But the parallel is apt. Hillary does that sort of mirthless laugh as well, usually when she’s pretending to believe what’s she is saying but knows it is just garbage.

And drugs, I suspect.
Maybe she has a superiority complex and laughs at others because she thinks that they are stupid.

Emotional incontinence we have a winner spot on no wonder the party team them up props for the drop for the real leaders of the plot.
Wager she goes first (cant deal with border issue)then loony Joe opts for the real leader then Joe gets put away and the next one fall into play.
Wow it appears like a bad Hollywood movie with a cast from Hotel California.
Look up the videos of Saddam Hussein as he called out those to be summarily executed when he took power. That’s what I see when that evil thing cackles.
