Yesterday, the story of the day was Joe Biden falling down, three times, on the way up the stairs onto Air Force One.
Now, it would seem that the story would be not only, “Was he alright?” but “Why did he fall?”. Was it part of the issues that we have been seeing from Biden? Is it part of the bigger problem? And really, ultimately why are there two different standards of review for any action, if President Donald Trump did something versus if Joe Biden does it?
His team sought to dispel any questions, claiming that it was just “the wind,” which really wasn’t a great excuse, as we pointed out. Really not looking good, if a grown man can’t stand up in a little wind. It would have been immeasurably better if they just said he tripped and was thereafter momentarily unsteady.
Now, we didn’t think that they were going to do the 24/7 analysis that they did when some thought President Donald Trump was just walking slowly down a ramp at the West Point graduation. We knew there would never be any kind of similar reaction.
But Reuters not only didn’t go that route, they seemed to go full-on propaganda mode for Biden.

The well-rehearsed and well-acted BidAn falling had probably 20 takes to get it just right. He wasn't even boarding AF1, for goodness sake: It is a quick paint job, not even painted on the underbelly. And I highly doubt those are real military saluting.
Fall caused by high winds caused by global warming. Trump’s fault.
Dah, Reuters comrades
Some gab person nicknamed catturd said something like “so who’s gonna tell Joe’s staff that getting blown down by the wind 3 times mind you, is like 200 times worse than tripping?” 😆
The Soviet Union fell 30 years ago. A lot of Americans don’t know what state-sponsored propaganda really looks like. But they will eventually catch on.
I’m still waiting for “The stairs were white supremacist’s”
No. As members of the MAGA movement, we must all accept responsibility. It’s as though we shoved him on the stairs ourselves.
It was a strong wind and if you don’t believe that, then it was not a fall but Biden was just wipi to keep America clean...ng dust off the steps
Oops....
just wipi to keep America clean...ng dust off the steps
Supposed to be: just wiping dust off the steps to keep America clean...
It wuz Global Warming!
By his 2nd stumble, and definitely on the 3rd, SloJoe was not yet standing fully upright and so was still low enough where the side panels on the steps would’ve blocked any sidewinds.
Note that the ramp Trump was walking on had no handrails, and even basically healthy older people often have balance issues that normally require a handrail. But Biden had handrails, was grasping one of them the whole time, and still fell three times.
People polled: Interns working at the Reuters office during their monthly performance reviews.
I didn’t think Biden’s stumble was a big deal.
I think the big deal is that Reuters said anything at all about it. Did they say anything about Hillary’s collapses on multiple occasions?
It’s a distraction. From what I don’t know, but it’s a distraction.

Also, ironically, there appeared to be a lot of REAL wind going on in the Trump clip.
In addition, he was wearing slick-soled dress shoes, and the ramp was reportedly wet. No one talks about the serviceman beside him also walking a little gingerly.
The whole press frenzy about this “incident” was completely ridiculous, even for them.
