I heard it live and and said “HE DID IT AGAIN”. My wife made an important point. It more than likely an indication slipping mentally. He had always been vice president with obamma. So when talking about his co administrator he has always referred to him president since he was vice president. He is still in that role mentally and not functioning is the present position mentally.
