Planned speech and planned questions he already has the answers to on index cards. Did this his whole campaign, he will have at least 3 gaffs of it goes longer than 10 minutes.

the Office of the Press Secretary will vet the questions , and select those that are appropriate.
Joe will have a list of the reporters and their questions, and he will use that list to decide who he will call on.

No ear piece, monitor, teleprompter, teacher or conductor can keep him from making a complete idiot of himself. If it wasn’t so damn sad that we have NO president, it’d be entertaining.

My thought exactly. Trump used to just go out there and wing it. And the media hated him for it, but he did it constantly and we got tons of info.
Biden has to announce it at least a week in advance, and then he’ll go into his basement and hide for a few months, while the press goes into ecstasy at his brilliance. And anyone watching honestly will wonder, “What is wrong with him?”
Trump had the whole press corp yelling while he spoke. too. Notice that when Raggedy Ann does a conference they are all peachy and polite.
They may have to resort to a couple of new tricks that we may have just seen the debut of. Those are “Green Screen”, and “Deep Fake” technology. Both are already being widely used, but usually not for political deception.
I encourage any and all techie people who know and can spot such fraud, to watch and criticize what they see. Remember Dan Rather? He was brought low by claiming something technically impossible, for the time that was claimed. Proportional fonts, in a typed document, in 1971? Nope, didn’t happen.
Biden is one person who does not completely understand why this is necessary, and that is the weak part of the upcoming deceptions. He will screw up, as always, and the resulting laughing festival should be publicized far and wide. Good luck all!
