From what I can gather post-soviet Union is more “American” than the dem/rino in the U.S.?
That list does not include every Communist atrocity. It appears to be a “Cliff notes” version of Communist tyranny.
When I visited Mongolia, I toured a monastery that, at one time, served as an educational center for many nomadic children. When the Soviets took over Mongolia (by invitation), that monastery was ransacked and destroyed. Most of the monks escaped, but 200 of them were executed. I stood before broken walls pocked with bullet holes, contemplating that less than a century before, monks had been murdered at that spot for the crime of practicing Buddhism.
Our young people do not know communism/socialism. And too many of them fully embrace the tyrannical mindset of communist dictators. I fear for our country’s future.
Those were the “broken eggs” needed to make communism omelet (according to Fidel) - the working paradise for the humanity.
Except they never delivered the omelet!
The billions human lives spent in utmost misery is even worse communist crime than all these crimes above.
The list is very abbreviated. No mention is made of the 30-60 million ethnic Russians and Ukrainians that were killed via starvation in the Holodomor. Nor does it mention the ruthless murder of the Tsar and his family. It does not mention how the little girls, who had survived being shot, were then bayonetted to death.
And then there are questions outside the scope of the above chart that are still relevant to the the overall totals--questions that must be dealt with, such as how many people did Stalin kill.The website does acknowledge that.
There is no end to the reminders and history of the Holocaust and the evil Nazis in our public screwls.
But no deep dive in the screwls into the greatest evil of all time, Communism.
Nazism is just an offshoot of communism, ultimately. They still exist in Islamic terror regimes in the Middle East; starting with Nasser, they all embrace a form of national socialism, and they state this openly.
Albania was by far the worst.
