During the 2020 presidential campaign, Texas Democratic Congressman Beto O’Rourke often bellowed on how, if elected president, he wanted to take away your firearms, specifically your “military-style” AR-15 through a mandatory gun buy-back program, something unconstitutional on its face and a direct infringement of the right to keep and bear arms enshrined in the Second Amendment, During the Democratic presidential primary debate on October 15, 2019, the Congressman responded to the question of how he intended to enforce that proposed gun buyback program:
Although he hasn’t offered exact specifics on the program, he did share some additional details at the debate. “If someone does not turn in an A.R.-15 or A.K.-47, one of these weapons of war or brings it out in public and brandishes it in an attempt to intimidate, as we saw when we were at Kent State recently, then that weapon will be taken from them,” he said. “If they persist, there will be other consequences from law enforcement. But the expectation is that Americans will follow the law."
The Second Amendment is the law, Mt. O’Rourke, and just which part of “shall not be infringed” did you not understand. There is no asterisk at the end of the Second Amendment. Yet you and now soon-to-be-former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi would enact your gun grab and take the AR-15 and the hand gun Mitch and Patricia McCloskey “brandished” in their constitutional and lawful defense of their private home in St. Louis in late June 2020 as rioters broke through an iron gate and paraded with their own weapons in front of their housw.

Encourage and finance endless lawsuits like the one against Remington over the Sandy Hook shooting...
More stringent licensing for gun purchases.
Encourage banks to not do business with anyone in the gun industry.
Ban Internet sales
Name anything that hinders or financially harms any company in the industry and basically starve them out of business.

I’ll bet at one time people thought it would be a stretch for deomcraps to murder the unborn, endorse LGBT, commit treason by sending billions to our enemies, try to make media suppress free speech, open our borders to diseased illegals for votes, murder people like a cartel to cover their evil, get blowjobs from someone in the White House, run a foreigner for POTUS, run guns to cartels that kill American police officers, commit fraud to win an election, embrace communism and call it progressive...what did I miss?
Nancy is certainly running her mouth. If she is running the country, her destination would appear to be straight into the ground.
