Actually I don’t think he was as bad there as he often is. He was never one of the smarter politicians in Washington even when he was younger. He’s trying to express admiration for what NASA has done and what he says is somewhat trite and cliched but not particularly indicative of dementia.

So ever since it was written nearly 2000 years ago, people have wondered about this passage of Scripture that is at the beginning of Revelation 13. Most Bible expositors agree that this is all about the anti-christ and in verse 3, it basically suggests that he sustains a deadly head wound but is able to get healed from it. Since Satan is forever mimicking what God does, this is his version of ‘rising from the dead’.
Well anyway, Satan doesn’t have the power to raise people from the dead.... but he does have the power to use ‘deep fake technology’...

World-class internationally esteemed research communities that have produced multiple Nobel Prizes on the outer fringes of scientific discovery are now sandbagged with this crap; NOT because treating all humans equally is bad, but because the definition of “treating all humans equally” has come to include “making scientific merit and acumen a secondary consideration to politically vogue human traits and personal identity choices.”

Now what...as the whole world watches?
Something else I find interesting with the quest for “diversity, equality and inclusion” and, unfortunately, I have to bring up the FBI(disclaimer .... I don’t like them anymore than anyone else). But this isn’t limited to just the FBI, it pertains to all levels of law enforcement.
Back to the Feebies.....due to its desire for diversity, they’ve hired certain folks. Lately, they’ve noticed that they’re having more and more trouble getting folks to qualify, train, maintain any sort of firearms proficiency. Many, and increasing, just don’t want to be bothered to carry a firearm. They feel that they were hired to do a certain task, IE investigate a certain type of crime or do computer forensics, and do not want the responsibility to carry a firearm.
For me, that is a good thing. The last thing I, or anyone else, want is someone toting a Glock that doesn’t want, need or have the desire to tote one.
Just another example of how “inclusion, diversity, equality” is doing great things.
And by the way, this is happening in police departments all over the country. Primarily in the big cities. So, if you find yourself in one of them, Good Luck. If you’re out in the country, with some good ol’ boys that like to get in the woods every fall, you’re still in good hands.
