Dunno, but on January 19 a single Beria Test (after Lavrentiy Beria who famously said: "Show me the man and I'll show you the crime", he would have said 'show me the sample and I'll show you the virus') sufficed to declare a "case" for reporting purposes.
This by-the-way was the first time in all of recorded history that someone who was not overtly sick counted as a case.
Shortly after the unauguration the rules changed to require two tests AND symptoms!
Imagine that...

The effort to stop testing happenned after Biden was sworn in. It is all now about vaccination in my county. The goal is to have all county citiizens vaccinated by August.

I swear it seems like everybody in the world has forgotten this. I have read several stories like this and nowhere is it mentioned that the test criteria were changed. It’s like it just went down the memory hole, despite it happening immediately after the inauguration.
