Major corporations in Texas and Mississippi are reassuring their customers they will continue to enforce mask mandates and other CDC guidelines in reaction to the state governors’ recent announcements.
Texas Gov. Greg Abbott led the way, and Mississippi Gov. Tate Reeves followed soon after, by repealing state-wide mask mandates and lifting lockdown orders on Tuesday. The new state guideliness give businesses the green light to return to 100% capacity.
The following 13 major corporations have already released statements or responded to inquiries that confirm their mask mandates and other coronavirus guidelines will continue to be in force despite states lifting their lockdown orders....

Define for me again what fascism is.
Lawsuits. They don’t want to risk lawsuits.
Technically speaking, fascism is something that is imposed upon you, not something you willingly go along with. I think that falls under the category of stupidism.
Fine. Abbott is not forcing people to NOT wear masks. He’s just saying it’s okay to operate your business without a mask mandate.
Surprised Costco wasn’t on there they are really anal about masks.
Mandate was repealed. What is there to enforce?
So, know they’re doing something that they’re free to do, rather than doing something that they’re forced to do. Never mind they it’s the same thing.
And swabs?
What happens if you do not exercise your power of no.
But I will bet that inside of five minutes there will be any number of posts talking about how it is perfectly ok for these mostly foreign owned companies to impose their values on Americans.
Thpbptpt!
Those companies will have hard time forcing customers to wear masks. Employees may be different matter as it is a right-to-work state. Wish Nevada would adopt the same...

Good point. Plus it’s their own property. And since I believe in property rights, I have no problem with any of them requiring a mask, or shoes, or a bow tie.
And if I don’t like their policy, I’ll let them know, and then go shop somewhere else. (Sometimes going somewhere else isn’t easy, I know.)
They tried to do the same thing here in Florida, but most of them either gave up (Target, Starbucks, Aldi) or are shuttered (AMC)
When they figure out they lost half their customers they will change their minds.
Hope they suffer.
And suffer greatly.
The companies, that is.
Been in most of those stores recently. Never wore a mask. Was never asked to wear one. ‘Bama still has a mandate, but it’s not enforced.
I work in florida and my company is a huge proponent of masks, but they use common sense. If we’re more than 6’ apart... All is well. Get closer, you’d better be masked up.
As I told people a year ago, these mandates are going to result in mask-worshiping, and it’s going to be very hard to convince people to STOP wearing them.
Can they make you wear a burqa or a Swastika?
Hopefully that list will be stores that Texans won’t frequent. I had dinner with some maskless friends this afternoon; however, almost all of them were talking shot #2. I couldn’t bring myself to talk about some of the side effects (short term and long term). https://search.mercola.com/results.aspx?q=covid%20vaccine#stq=covid%20vaccine
So many love H-E-B, I can’t stand them. I actually like Walmart better than H-E-B.
They were ever so supportive of mail in ballots.
