More like 100 years. I too tire of these “now we know what is happening with the media!!!” kinds of reports. This is a disservice to conservatives everywhere.

None of this is new on part of the media. What has changed is our wisdom and access to information.
I don’t know her from Adam, but she’ll be interpreted to be saying she is disgusted with Fox’s rightward slant because the overwhelming MSM is above such behavior.
I read the article with quotes from her and it came down to her being forced to peddle covid disinfo.

There’s no need for real journalists. Anyone with a smirk to recite leftists talking points will suffice.
Journalists should voluntarily take an oath to the Constitution which each news organization could voluntarily keep on file. Readers would then be able to check to see if a particular reporter has taken an oath to uphold the Constitution of the Unites States.

when the narrative matches your own world view it is easy to ignore. I am sure that suddenly she saw her self spouting half truth and leaving out key info on stuff that was important to her.
Cronkite was arrogant and pompous, but there was a line he wouldn’t cross. The sadness he expressed when Kennedy was assassinated reflected our national grief. Brinkley was a good one as was Frank Reynolds, my personal favorite.
I recall when she was arrested in Scottsdale under a drunk charge.
She pulled the “Do you know who I am card?”.

A couple years ago Kari Lake was suspended for being on either Parler or Gab. There was accidental footage of her telling John Hook, her co-anchor, that she didn’t “f#cking care” if the bosses didn’t like it. It was priceless.
