Sex and Gender need to be broken out. Once again it is the narrative of the left that is the root cause of every problem America is facing.

Sex - Male,Female
Gender - who the F cares? If you want to call yourself a golden retriever named Pickles have at it.

At the end of the day, your birth certificate is going to have “sex, Male/Female” on it and the doctor is going to look at your junk and say whether you are a male or female.
