Sex and Gender need to be broken out. Once again it is the narrative of the left that is the root cause of every problem America is facing.

At the end of the day, your birth certificate is going to have “sex, Male/Female” on it and the doctor is going to look at your junk and say whether you are a male or female.

No they don't. Until a few years ago, the words sex and gender meant the exact same thing. They both referred to your biological sex.

Gender: A sex, male or female.
