Tuesday News Roundup: The Supreme Court Betrays America and the Constitution in Pennsylvania Decision

Right on cue, the Supreme Court betrays the American people one more time. - I warned you all a few weeks ago that the decision by the Supreme Court to schedule a day to consider whether to formally hear three of the Trump election challenges in Pennsylvania, Georgia and Michigan would likely end badly for us and the Constitution.

Many were excited because they labored under the misimpression that the Court had agreed to hear these three cases, but in reality all it was doing was trying to decide whether or not to put any of them on the docket. I also told you that it was almost certain that the Court would refuse to hear the Georgia or Michigan cases, but that it should hear the Pennsylvania case since it so clearly involved a stark constitutional violation in which the state's courts changed voting rules by judicial fiat. But I also warned you that the justices would find some technical excuse not to hear that case as well.

All of that came to fruition on Monday, as the Court refused to hear any of the three cases.

We can’t trust anything, including the Courts to do what is right. The Media, Elected Officials, Courts, Military are all full of fear. The Home of the Brave, has become the Home of the Afraid.

The Supreme Court once again, sh!t on the country. I wouldn’t be surprised if there were some threats or warnings issued beforehand.

When there are MILLIONS of people who think the election was rigged and riddled with fraud, when there are at least two articles about people openly boasting about how they “saved” or “fortified” the election, the court doesn’t do us or themselves any favor by weaseling out of hearing the cases. When every court in the land has so far refused to consider the 1,200 sworn affidavits and no one has actually challenged or even bothered to deny their truthfulness, the are setting the country up for something very bad.

What difference is there between RBG and ACB? None so far, in issues of critical importance.

No need for the Dems to pack the court. They still have full control of it.

This guy is pissing in the wind.

I said from the start that the legislatures of these states should have certified their own slate of electors before the formal electoral vote count in December. At a bare minimum they could have officially declared a “no confidence” vote in their own presidential election by certifying a slate of electors for some obscure candidate on the ballot.

I don’t know why conservatives are so upset over this refusal by the U.S. Supreme Court to take the case. I would have had no confidence in the Supreme Court to rule correctly in any of these cases.

Judges are nothing more than lawyers appointed or elected from a pool of lawyers.
When given the option, lawyers will rarely do the right thing.

There is nothing supreme about this court. It has turned into the screw them all court. How much are they being paid. How are they being blackmailed and controlled. How do we end their reign of terror. The supreme court is terrorizing me.

If I recall, the judges at the time supported Stalin as Communism unfolded.

The Roberts court sent a message to the PA legislature and voters: clean up your own mess; we are not your maids.

When Roberts was heard in the next room expressing fear about ANTIFA when the SCOTUS discussed taking the election fraud case, that said everything about future decisions... that they would be fear- and not Constitution-based.
