Today is the day we're going to find out how loyal Trump's picks are to the rule of law and the Constitution.

I think the cases are moot at this point.

These three cases are on the Supreme Court docket for Friday. No wonder the justices are booking Thursday flights to Cancun.

The 3 Trump appointees will join the dems and dismiss the cases or just refuse to hear them.

I am going to go with Not loyal.
Crazy thing, all the liberals judges are loyal to things that aren’t in the Constitution like abortion, but very few conservatives are even loyal to the Constitution.
We the people keep getting the short end of ‘living Constitution’ especially when it comes to defined rights.

Not if the lead to election reform.

They are moot as a matter of the election. That is over.
They are not moot as a matter of law.

“No Standing” seems to be used more often in this situation than all the Na Na’s in Journey’s Lovin’ Touchin’ Squeezin’.

“They are not moot as a matter of law.”
I’m, like others, not holding my breath, but if the Constitution is upheld and the actions of the states are ruled as breaking the law by the SC, how can it be moot? At that point, pedojoe’s “presidency” would be considered a fraud. He and the ho would have to be removed since it would have been found the law was broken when they were declared “winners” of the election.
The election would HAVE to be overturned, that is why the SC is going to deny the Constitutionality of the court cases by probably not even taking them.
