“They are not moot as a matter of law.”

I’m, like others, not holding my breath, but if the Constitution is upheld and the actions of the states are ruled as breaking the law by the SC, how can it be moot? At that point, pedojoe’s “presidency” would be considered a fraud. He and the ho would have to be removed since it would have been found the law was broken when they were declared “winners” of the election.

The election would HAVE to be overturned, that is why the SC is going to deny the Constitutionality of the court cases by probably not even taking them.

Court cases (and rulings) tend to be narrow. They might judge the actions by election officials as unconstitutional, but the same constitution clearly delineates the authority to certify an election and choose electors to each state.

With that being said, you are probably be right. I do not believe Roberts or the liberals on the court want anything to do with these cases.

Maybe that is why there are still 5000 troops and barbed wire fencing surrounding the Capital?
