Michigan State Senate Majority Leader Mike Shirkey was caught on camera telling officials from the Hillsdale County Republican Party that the Capitol takeover was “staged” and a “hoax.”
In the footage, which is over an hour long, Shirkey also says that Mitch McConnell “was part of it… They wanted to have a mess” so that they could impeach Donald Trump.
The video was posted on YouTube by Hillsdale County Republican Party Secretary Jon Smith, who is upset with Shirkey for repeatedly caving to Democrats.
During the conversation, Shirkey says that the January 6 protest “wasn’t Trump people.”
“That’s been a hoax from day one, that was all pre-arranged,” Shirkey adds, asserting that the people “went in on separate buses, that was all arranged by somebody that was funding everyone.”

Maybe, but it is still the only thing that makes sense, consider that there are 100,000 or more armed-to-the-teeth people in DC (military, civilian, etc.). If they didn’t want the Capitol stormed, it simply would not have been stormed, particularly by a group of totally unarmed people.

Yet we watched a literal bus tour of the country burning cities. Now it’s a conspiracy theory to believe that antifa maybe have showed up on buses dressed as Trump fans, even though they announced that they would do this?
Graham being heavily involved is probably not true but knowing about it and “never let a crisis go to waste”? Pretty believable to me.

Yep McConnell is now shaking in his shoes as he has to know Trump and the military are coming. All these people in Congress know they aren’t the ones that called for 25,000 troops and they don’t seem to be in any rush to leave. It must be a really scary feeling. Good I hope they can’t sleep from the anxiety of it. It looks like Mitch and Nan are worried sick.
Did everyone read Trumps response to his acquittal? If you didn’t get his message read it again.

We have Nancy’s computers. Do we also have Mitch’s? That may be why he’s so angry. They have the goods on him too. Nancy has been blackmailing people for years. What about Mitch. Was he being blackmailed?
Yes it needs to be investigated fully. Perhaps there is someone left at the Justice Department that actually believes the oath that they took to the Constitution and go after the Mayor of DC, Pelosi, Schumer, and McConnell, who might be Co-Conspirators. If it is a conspiracy as the article suggests, then someone must be held accountable. The fate of the Republic hangs in the balance.

I believe there are picture of Pelosi’s son or son-in-law (forget which) leading protestors just outside the capital building on Jan 6.

Republicans have lied to and abused their base since at least the mid=70s.Trump putting a wreecking ball to the Republican party by creating a new party would likely be easier than reforming the party.
