Here it is – The Bill to Destroy Gun Ownership Blog/Regulation Posted Jan 30, 2021 by Martin Armstrong Spread the love
Firearms BILLS-117hr127ih
Here we have it. They are going after EVERYONE who has a gun or ammunition. They are deeply concerned about a revolution and they want to know every person who has a gun or ammunition. The object of this bill will be to identify every person who has a gun. They will be able to revoke a license and confiscate the gun under rules to be created by the Attorney General. Biden swore he would end the NRA. He was not joking. Like a diverse license, once they create this federal license, they effectively limit the Second Amendment claiming if you obey all their regulations which they can change at any time, then you have that right. But all such rights are eliminated whenever they say so.
922(dd)(1) It shall be unlawful for any person to possess ammunition that is 0.50 caliber or greater.
Whoever knowingly violates section 922(dd)(1) shall be fined not less than $50,000 and not more than $100,000, imprisoned not less than 10 years and not more than 20 years, or both
‘‘(B) Whoever knowingly violates section 922(dd)(2) shall be fined not less than $10,000 and not more than $25,000, imprisoned not less than 1 year and not more than 5 years, or both.’’

We are not even 2 weeks into this furnace.
How about my black powder .58 cal minie balls?
been posted before- some folks claiming it doesn’t have a chance of passing- but then again many claimed Biden had absolutely zero chance of ‘winning’ the election-
Wasn’t sure it had been posted. Late to the inter web thing today. It’s defiantly of concern, so I put it up.
Not sure if this can pass a SCOTUS challenge. I hear that this is THE hill many will stand and fight, or die trying. If they are trying to prevent a Revolution, this is absolutely certain to cause one.
Lord help us.
Passing it and compliance are two different things. See NY SAFE Act.
“They will be able to revoke a license and confiscate the gun under rules to be created by the Attorney General”.
I missed the apparent initial post of this, but the quote above from this post is horse shit. For the time being, we still do have a Constitution, and a 2nd Amendment therein. Methinks there’s no mention of “shall not be infringed, unless by a lefty AG”.
Right. Because we have STALWART REPUBLICANS who are ready to FIGHT for our RIGHTS! McConnell! McCarthy! Sasse! Cheney! Cornyn! Collins! Murkowski!
I feel so much better already! Don’t you?
Dear Lord! I do so badly miss President Trump!!

Great. It should be posted once an hour...
Seeing how the rule of law is dead, this would put Americans in put up or shut up territory for sure.
They better start building a lot of Federal prisons.
What if there was a legislative orgy and nobody came?
Our old friend Shiela Jackson Lee. We’ll see how far it gets, but we need to keep an eye on it and squawk about it to our mealy-mouthed representatives.
Would hate to see local LEOs attempting to enfornce prima facie unconstitutional edicts.
Unfortunately, I lost all my firearms in an unfortunate boating accident. ;)
the problem is, once they pass it- then some nancy in a red dress who doesn’t like someone, will turn them in, and the cops will show up and arrest the person for a felony now-
you aren’t gonna find people in NY out hunting deer with the ‘banned’ rifles and and using the banned addons either- because too many nancies running around turning people in- so while people haven’t exactly complied in ny- they also aren’t out and about using their constitutionally allowed rifles that that nanny state illegally banned either- (Sure, some will take hem out once in awhile ‘in defiance’, but the majority of folks aren’t likely doing that for fear of losing the guns and becoming felons after arrest-)
Nah. History teaches us most will capitulate. I can hope it won’t be so.
Selective prosecution. The Police state will use this as a bludgeon to add crimes and times to insignificant crimes.
What license? Louisiana has no “license”, AND does not require a bill of sale, just the NICS garbage.
them ore the better as far as I’m concerned- just pointing out what flks said about it in the other thread
