Another 80 year old. What the heck? Democrats never leave. That why I was pleased that porter is leaving Ohio. He’s 65 and is retirement age. They should pass a law requiring anybody 65 years old on July 1, 2001, must retire immediately in every area of business, education, politics and every other career. They’ve destroyed the country enough.
Trump’s lawyer should drag this out as long as possible, requesting evidence, presenting evidence, etc etc. Completely disrupt the Senate from doing any of Joe’s work at all....

They try and impeach Trump. Trump goes to Supreme court to get it declared unconstitutional. The Democrats throw a fit and decide to pack the SCOTUS
Impeach Roberts for failure to do his duty. Then they gain control of the Court. GAME, SET, MATCH!
The President of the United States is not being tried.
The whole thing is just evil. Democrats will make all the rules for the trial. There may not even be any defense allowed. They can do whatever they want. Everything that went on in the Georgia elections is certainly having huge ramifications.
No SC justice to preside over impeachment of sitting President,
No former President to appear in impeachment of Private citizen.
This “trial” in the Senate will be the final test for the GOP on whether it survives or dies. If 19 R’s vote to convict then it’s over. I fully expect the GOP to cave in and I have mixed feelings about that. Now is good time for the GOP to die, MAGA Party here we come.
Roberts is one of the most HATED men in America and deservedly so.
Staff and unelected bureaucrats run this country, not the figureheads we elect. So it doesn’t matter what age that figurehead is...

The Senate cannot go through with the trial.
I said this on another thread and it is a legitimate concern. If the Democrats want to avoid unveiling the election fraud and their coup...the Senate needs to shutdown the sham impeachment.

I am not looking to overturn the election, but the Democrats are awfully concerned regarding the public. And considering the vetted all 25,000 National Guard, they are worried about existing rank and file too. They found a dozen, how many more are part of the silent majority? What Oath and whose orders?
We know what we know. But what happens at the impeachment trial when all is revealed? How will the rest of the Republic react to the realization of the depth of the fraud? The FULL impeachment process by the House includes the transmittal of the article(s) to the Senate. Since this was done after Trump had left office it is no longer valid because the contents of the impeachment article state Trump is POTUS which he is not.
Would like to see a way for Roberts to be legally removed from the Court for failure to perform a duty.
Not trying to justify the Impeachment itself.
Roberts seems a lot worse than useless.
