This is all part of the “universal wage” program. Take away the high paying jobs and offer them minimum wage jobs in return to bring everyone down to third world wages, and they you have a “universal wage”, were everyone cross the globe makes the same. Perfect utopia for the Fascists
Wait until he takes California’s Assembly Bill 5 nationwide, which he has stated he wants to do. That’s the bill that wiped out hundreds of thousands of independent contractor jobs overnight.
He’s probably thinking that he needs to crash the economy ASAP, while he can still realistically blame it on Trump. Trump effed him when he pulled the economy out of the recession that they dragged us into.

Second, bring in investors with pie in the sky projections.
