He told us over and over and over that he was going to stop the pandemic. He blasted Trump repeatedly for Trump's response but he's got nothing. When asked about his vaccine rollout, his answer was "Come on, give me a break, man"

He signed an Executive Order demanding everyone on Federal property wear a mask and then immediately went on to violate it, as did many of his staff
But no sooner than was Trump gone did things take a curious turn.
