Well, his mind is blank, so it is fitting.
Reminds me of the old MASH series where Cpl Radar O’Reilly shoves papers in front of Col Blake - “just sign them, sir”...
Ah yes, the old “you gotta sign it to learn what’s in it” trick. /sarc
Blank mind signs blank pages....................................
GMTA.....................................
The party of hollywood...it’s their movie, they’re the stars, you’re just extras.
What was pathetic he mumbled through his mask & had trouble reading his “prepared” remarks from his CCP masters
I’m not sure in makes any difference with this fake president. He’ll sign whatever they put in front of him sight unseen.
Does anyone really believe that this corrupt, demented figurehead knows or understands what he is signing.? But let’s be fair. He spends an hour per day practicing his signature and the cameras probably just caught him during his session.
“Just sign there, Joe. We’ll fill in the rest.” His whole Presidency is going to be like that.
They will be sent back to Beijing for filling in.
Actually I’m impressed he can recall his name and still sign it.
You have to sign the paper first so you can find out what they will print on it.
These are always photo ops. Could be a camera exposure setting. Could be blank pages. I don’t care what any of this looks like. His policies are bad. That’s all that’s important.
“Just sign it, Joe, we’ll fill it in later.”
Of course, that was the plan all along, Biden just signs his name on a bunch of blank pages, then his far left puppet masters just type in whatever executive orders they want.
The whole world is wondering why our 3 branches of government allowed this UNCONSTITUTIONAL election and INSURRECTION placing a puppet with dementia on Namenda in the WhiteHut and to sign blank papers.
The rest of the world is either laughing or scared shitless.

It began as a routine customs stop. But after waving down a truck making its way into Andorra, several unsuspecting French police officers suddenly found themselves face-to-face with a most unusual international shipment: 40,000 sheets of paper, all bearing nothing more than the simple, iconic signature of Salvador Dalí.
...over time the artist’s weakness for easy money and the avarice of his inner circle would push him even further.
The turning point would come in the 1960s. Having by now occasionally pre-signed his signature on blank sheets as a way of expediting the printing process, Dalí came to understand that a print-ready sheet bearing his signature was, on its own, already worth $40. The implications were not lost on the artist. Nor on his then-secretary, John Peter Moore, who pulled down a 10 percent commission on every Dalí contract he arranged. Moore would later be singled out as the first to encourage the artist’s excesses...
And we don’t have a speaking part!!
