The California State Bar has released the results from the October 2020 online bar exam. The overall pass rate was 60.7%, up 10.6 percentage points from last year's July exam. For California ABA-accredited law schools, the pass rate for first time test-takers was 84%, up 13 percentage points from 2019. I’m a CA lawyer. This is a sort of theft from those of us who played by the rules - the value of a CA Bar Card has just been diluted in order to ensure the inclusion of my lessers. Typical Democrat shite.

Since the Covid crisis has put a strain on all of the nurses and doctors, they need to do that and more for those attempting to get those licenses as well.
