If you are Black or Hispanic, they should just give you a law degree. For reparations - because you have lived your whole lives as victims of the White Man’s Laws. /s

Looking at some of the “JDs” we’ve seen lately, apparently the requirements are a lot lower than previously thought.

When you could become a lawyer by interning with a lawyer and passing the bar exam without being forced to graduate from law school the legal profession was in much better shape.

Many of the failed applicants fortunately couldn’t be identified because they wrote ‘your name’ on the line where it asked to write your name here.

A bar accredited lawyer is about as good as a technical school graduate is to the trades to the leagal profession. So there is more people for the firms not to hire.

The bar does need fees and magazine subscriptions. They are very much like the NRA, spend money like druken sailors on themselves, a bit in legislative action and ignore the membership actual needs.

Let’s lower the tests for California pilots too... That damn ‘qualifications’ thing keeps lots of ‘people of stupid’ from great jobs flying for international airlines.

Same with Captains of our better Cruise lines...

It’s time for ‘elites’ to take their chances on their travels... might make it more interesting if they know they can die leaving LA or landing in Paris...

I have never met a less impressive bunch of professionals in my life than lawyers. The best lawyers I know are the ones who are openly embarrassed about what they do for a living.

Giving a license to practice law to anyone with an IQ over 40 might actually improve the profession.

Why does the bar association code of ethics prevent sex between lawyers and their clients?

To prevent clients from being billed twice for essentially the same service
