There were supposed to be a big series of anti-Ted Cruz protests in downtown Houston this afternoon. The first was supposed to be outside the federal courthouse, which is near my office. If anyone showed up, I couldn’t tell them apart from the scattered dozen or so bums who usually populate Tranquility Park.

I think it was a bad idea to storm the Capitol but I wasn't there with the euphoria of the moment, so I can't really pass judgement.
I am passing judgement on congresscritters for being chicken chit and not one of them trying to talk to the people in the Capitol.
They weren't beating the cops and I think if just a couple had tried to speak to them--what a difference it would have made.
